Q: Will my old password still work?
A: Yes! We are not changing anything to do with your email username and password. It will still be the same. Just remember when you log in -you’ll need to type your entire email address (for example -johndoe@rconnects.com or johndoe@cascadeaccess.com)

Q: What is webmail?
A: If you have an email address that was given to you from Reliance Connects; you are eligible to use our free email service called Reliance Connects Webmail. You can access your Reliance Connects email (webmail) from anywhere, provided you have an internet connection.

Q: Where do I check my email?
A: You can go to our website and click on the webmail link at the top of the page. You can also access the login directly using these links www.relianceconnects.com/webmail or mail.rconnects.com

Q: How do I login to my email?
A: You will need to provide your FULL email address and password in the require fields. For example johndoe@rconnects.com NOTE: This is a change from the old system!

Q: How do I switch themes?
A: On the landing page, select the drop down menu where it says ‘Go To’. You can select between Lite and Tuxedo.

Q: What is the difference between the Lite theme and Tuxedo theme?
A: The Lite version is a lot like the older version of webmail we were using with a few added features. The Tuxedo version provides more features like Outlook or Windows Live Mail. Click here for a picture of the different themes

Q: What is the Mail Settings page for?
A: In the Mail Settings page, you can change your password, add mail forwards, or even put out of office message.

Mail Settings

Q: Where do I find the email settings to setup my internet devices?
A: You can find email settings on our system information page located here.

Q: How do I change my password?
A: First, you will need to go to mail.rconnects.com. Once you type your Email Address and Password in, you will need to then select Mail Settings from the ‘Go To’ area.
From there, select My Email Options on the left hand side. In the third table down you will enter your Current Password and type in your New Password in twice. Then click on Update Password.

Q: Where can I find advanced email features (e.g. mail forwarding, out-of-office, blacklisting)?
A: First, you will need to go to mail.rconnects.com. Once you type your Email Address and Password in, you will need to then select Mail Settings from the Go To area.
Once you are in the Mail Settings, you will have access to the advanced features.

Q: How do I reset my password if I have forgotten it?
A: Please call customer service or the help desk for assistance in resetting a forgotten password. Coming soon this will be a self service feature.

Tuxedo Theme

Q: How do I read my email?
A: All of your email will show up in your Inbox located in the middle of your screen.

Q: Where is the Compose button?
A: Located on the second row from the top.

Q: Where is the address book?
A: Located on the second row from the top.

Q: Where is the Reply, Reply All and Forward buttons?
A: Located on the second row from the top.

Q: How do I create a new folder?
A: Click on Setting on the left. Click on Folders on the second row from the top.

Q: How do I read my email?
