SmartHub Managed Wi-Fi Web App

There are two requirements to be able to access SmartHub Managed Wi-Fi

  1. Must be a registered SmartHub user.
  2. Must have a Dual-Band AC Router.

In general, you will have more options to manage devices using the web-based version than the mobile app which is intended more for quicker/easier tasks.

To get to the SmartHub web application you can go to or on our website click the “Account" link in the top navigation menu.

Then click on the button for the SmartHub Login.

Enter your email address and password (same as iVUE Account > Logins tab) then click the Login button.

In the Tool Bar click Manage Devices

Click Go to SmartHub Wi-Fi button (lime green button on the bottom right corner)

This brings you to My Home

For example: Media (TV)

See Tasks buttons across the top:

Click on Wi-Fi Settings to change the passphrase.

Click on Router Settings for Device Info, Wireless Setting and to set up Guest Wi-Fi.

Click on Speed Test. Results will be displayed in about two minutes or less.

Click on Device List to add/change Device Nickname and Show/Hide devices.

When you are done managing your devices click the Logout button.
