Once your router is purchased you will need to call our helpdesk department 503-630-8909 to provide them the MAC address of your router or modem. This is located on the back or bottom of your device. It will look something like this “MAC 01:A2:00:1C:22:55”. You will need to log into your router to set the connection type to PPPOE and manually input the MAC for your PPPOE username and PPPOE password (which is different than your Wi-Fi name and password) with all caps and no colons, example 01A2001C2255. This will NOT work until you call helpdesk to provide them your MAC address. This is the beginning step to setting up your own router.

Our helpdesk department will not help or assist setting up or troubleshooting your router or modem. Every router model has a unique set up and instructions to do so.
