When calling from your home telephone:
Dial 503.695.6245 or *98
When Voice Mail answers follow prompts
The default password is 0000
Press 1 to listen to your messages
Press 7 for the current date and time
Press 9 to set up your voice mail box (set up menu)
Press 0 to hear these options again
If calling from another telephone:
Dial 503.695.6245 Enter your 10 digit home telephone number (landline)
Follow the prompts
Note: Auto Login does not work away from home
Mailbox Set-Up Menu
Press 1 for greetings options – see menu below
Press 2 to change your password (support 4-16 digits)
Press 4 to change your Auto-Login option
Press 5 to change your language settings (eñ espanol)
Press 8 to record your name (not used at this time)
Press * to return to the Main Menu
Press 0 to return to hear these options again
Greeting Options:
Press 1 to play your current greeting
Press 2 to record your greeting
Press 3 to delete your greeting
Press 5 to pick a new greeting (you can save up to 9)
Press * to return to the Main Menu
Press 0 to return to hear these options again
Retrieving Messages
You will hear the announcement “You have x new messages and x saved messages.”
Press 1 to listen to new messages
Press 2 to listen to saved messages
Press 3 to listen to messages marked for deletion (only works when in current session)
When retrieving messages, you can:
Press 1 Play the message again
Press 2 Save the message and play the next message
Press 3 Delete the message and play the next message
Press 4 Save the message as new
Press 7 Skip backward in the message
Press 8 To pause the message
Press 9 To skip forward in the message
Press 0 to hear these options again
Press * to return to the Main Menu
Group Voice Mail Instructions (Voice Tree)
Some things to know before you begin:
Your group greeting directs callers to press the appropriate key to reach the individual sub-mailboxes.
Once the group greeting is recorded, each sub-mailbox ‘owner’ may record a personal greeting and assign a personal password to make their sub-mailbox uniquely their own.
Recording your Group Greeting
When calling from your home or business telephone
Dial 503.695.6245 or *98
When Voice Mail answers follow prompts
The default password is 0000
Listen to the recording explaining that you must record a group greeting. Wait until the end of the recording, then press 0 to administer the family mailbox.
Enter your password and then #.
For example, “You have reached the Doe residence. To leave a message for John, press 1. To leave a message for Jane,
press 2.”
Access Your Group Voice Mailbox
From the phone subscribed to the service:
Dial 503.695.6245 or *98
When prompted to enter your mailbox ID or press 0 to administer the family mailbox.
Enter your password and then #.
From a different phone:
Dial 503.695.6245Enter your 10 digit home telephone number (landline)
Enter your single digit sub-mailbox ID (1-6)
Enter your password and then #.
Change an Existing Group Greeting
When calling from your home or business telephone:
Dial 503.695.6245 or *98
When prompted to enter your mailbox ID, press 0 to administer the family mailbox.
Enter your password and then #.
Press 9 to access mailbox setup options.
Press 1 for greeting options.
Press 2 to record your greeting. When finished recording, press #.
Record Your Sub-Mailbox Greeting
Access your specific voice mailbox (1-9).
Press 9 for the mailbox setup menu.
Press 1 for greeting options.
